Cancellation Policy
Mextica’s Nails Policy *Prices vary and depend on length and design. *A base price has been set as follows: - New Set $60+ - Fill $50+ *50% non-refundable deposit of scheduled service base price is required ($30 Full-Set, $25 Fill). *To book, you are required to enter a valid credit card for deposit, it will be automatically saved to charge an additional 30% of scheduled service in the event you no-show or cancel late. Mextica’s Nails can only see last 4-digits of card entered, therefore unable to view/change information. *Forms of payment accepted at time of service: Zelle, Cash, or Card (no fees for card transactions). *New Clients: - No Fills on other techs work. - Nails must be bare and have no polish. - Please advise beforehand if you have cuts or wounds around your nails. *Existing Clients: - Excessive lifting, breakage, and/or missing acrylics on scheduled fills will be charged as a new set. - Fills to not exceed 3 weeks from last appointment, NO EXCEPTIONS. *Reschedules and Cancellations are allowed 48hrs or more in advance from appointment date/time (Reschedules will not be allowed under 48hrs). *No shows and late cancellations will be charged an additional 30% of scheduled service. (Please be respectful of my time, I understand emergencies happen and if so please message me as soon as possible). *BE ON TIME, you have a 10 minute window to arrive from scheduled time. After 10 minutes you will be canceled and charged an additional 30% of your scheduled service. No exceptions, plan accordingly. *NO ADDITIONAL GUESTS* *Service is by appointment only. *By booking you agree to this policy.
